If you enjoy a more independent living environment our studio rooms include a small kitchen, ensuite bathroom, reverse cycle air-conditioning as well as a larger study space.
You still have 24/7 access to common areas to catch up with friends and you'll still be supported by a Residential Advisor. At UniHall, 50% of our studio rooms come with a private balcony. This means you may or may not be eligible for a balcony room, this is dependent on availability, your personal circumstances and timing of your application.
Inclusions
Your rent covers much more than your room; you also receive:
- 7 meals per week
- UWA gym membership
- Monthly room clean (subject to change to more frequent cleaning).
- WiFi and internet in room
- Air-conditioning
- Utilities (water, gas, electricity)
- King single bed (106cm x 203cm)

Pricing is subject to change between semesters and years. We aim to update our advertised pricing as fees change, but please note your rental pricing is confirmed upon receipt of your rental contract.
