About
Living in a standard room means you're part of a ready-made support network. You'll have your own secure room which is fully-furnished. When you arrive your bed will be made with your bed linen pack and towel ready for you to use.
Sharing facilities such as your bathroom and kitchen gives you more opportunities to interact with your neighbours. This means you get to know who you're living with and it provides that extra level of support during your first year at UniHall.
You can feel safe and comfortable in your new home as each floor has an assigned Residential Advisor (RA). This is a senior year resident who lives on the same floor and their role is to support you during your stay. They organise fun social activities such as pizza nights, movie nights and outings to make sure you have the best experience at UniHall.
Inclusions
Your rent covers much more than a room; you also receive:

The Confirmation Fee is a non-refundable fee.
Pricing is subject to change between semesters and years. We aim to update our advertised pricing as fees change, but please note your rental pricing is confirmed upon receipt of your rental contract.
