On a crisp evening filled with good vibes and even better company, PSA and College Row joined forces for their first-ever combined postgraduate event—Friend-Dating Bingo—and it was nothing short of a smashing success!
With around 80 residents showing up, the venue buzzed with energy, laughter, and the occasional excited shout of "Bingo!"
The bingo game turned out to be a star of the night. With icebreaker prompts designed to get people chatting, the cards filled up fast, and our lucky winners—Ethan Nickolas, Dhyey Shah, and Mehardeep Kaur—walked away victorious! But everyone won in spirit, as the game encouraged conversations and new connections among residents who might otherwise have never met.
Though the speed-friending segment had a slow start, it picked up steam as the night went on. Residents were soon seen hopping between conversations, laughing, and expanding their circles—exactly what the event aimed to achieve!
One attendee noted, "I met so many residents I've never seen before—it was such a great opportunity!" And they weren’t alone. The feedback was glowing, with multiple residents asking, "When’s the next one?"
The timing also worked perfectly—some guests were still mingling well past 9 pm, reluctant to leave the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Of course, the event wouldn’t have been complete without the awesome merch and support from other colleges. This collaboration gave attendees a chance to learn more about PSA, especially those who hadn’t been familiar with it before.
In short, it was an evening filled with new friendships, lively conversations, and shared laughter—and we’re calling it: a BIG WIN for the postgrad community.
