About
As a UWA postgraduate student you can live independently in a spacious one bedroom apartment surrounded by beautiful Kings Park. You can enjoy your own bathroom, kitchen, bedroom with queen size bed and spacious living room with a desk and chair to study at.
You still have 24/7 access to all common areas around UniHall to interact with other residents.
Approximately 40% of the one bedroom apartments come with your own private balcony. This means you may or may not be eligible for a balcony room, this is dependent on availability, your personal circumstances and timing of your application.
A unique feature of the one bedroom apartment house is the rooftop balcony - exclusive to postgraduate residents and perfect on a sunny afternoon.
Inclusions
