UniHall offers many venues and packages for your corporate event needs.

Venues

University Hall offers an exceptional conference and seminar experience. With a range of fully equipped light filled rooms, beautiful outdoor quadrangles, in-house catering and a dedicated events team we have the services and facilities you require for a successful meeting, workshop or seminar.

Boardroom

The perfect size for your next event and is located directly across from UWA campus. Ideally suited for small training groups, boardroom meetings, workshops and private presentations.

Meeting room

With two entrances, one near the front entrance of UniHall and the other looks out over the grassed lower quad. This room can be divided into two spaces to allow for smaller breakout sessions.

Seminar room

A versatile space filled with natural light and is conveniently located near the Dining Hall. This large room can be divided into two spaces to allow for smaller breakout sessions.

The Lantern

With breathtaking views of the Swan River and Winthrop Hall, The Lantern is the perfect location and venue for your next cocktail, networking, celebration and sundowner events.

Starter Package

The starter package enables you to host your event at University Hall whilst allowing your guests the flexibility of purchasing their own catering onsite at UCafe or in the Sir George Currie Dining Hall.

 The starter package requires a minimum of 10 guests.
$35 per person (for the first 10 guests)
$10.00 per person for each subsequent guest

Classic Package

This classic package is ideal for a short event requiring simple catering on arrival or a short refreshment break during the event.

  • wireless presenter
  • whiteboard
  • internet access
  • delegate pens, pads and mints
  • bottled water
  • signage
  • one VIP parking permit
  • arrival, morning or afternoon refreshment with one sweet or savoury option, tea and coffee.
 The classic package requires a minimum of 10 guests.
$45 per person (for the first 10 guests)
$20.00 per person for each subsequent guest

Premium Package

This package gives you the ability to offer your delegates catering on arrival or a morning refreshment break followed by a buffet lunch in the Sir George Currie Dining Hall. Alternatively, you could start your event with a buffet lunch followed by an afternoon refreshment.

This package is ideal for those looking at a full day event solution. Our most popular package, this all-inclusive event solution provides you with all the essentials to ensure your delegates are well cared for.

$47.00 per person for each subsequent guest

Audio visual equipment is available to hire as an additional cost with all packages.

Catering

University Hall offers a range of delicious menus for your guests to enjoy during your function. Catering for all conferences and events at University Hall is provided by The University Club, including the buffet lunch at the Dining Hall. The University Club delivers a blend of personalised service and top quality food to satisfy any need.
