UniHall offers four different room types, each with a unique experience as student’s transition into life at UWA and the Hall.

All room-types include full access to and use of common spaces, computer rooms, music rooms, group study facilities and games room (with FREE Foxtel) as well as outdoor facilities – basketball courts, outdoor gym equipment and grassed courtyards.

Standard and Standard Premium Rooms

The Standard and Standard Premium Rooms include:

  • 14 meals per week
  • WiFi in room
  • Free UWA gym membership
  • Access to Academic, Community and Leadership Programs
  • UniHall Social and Cultural events
  • Weekly room clean
  • Internet access point in room
  • Utilities (electricity, gas and water)
  • 24 Hour security
  • Linen pack (pillow case, bed sheets, quilt cover, bath towel and hand towel)
  • Fan and heater

Studio Rooms

Studio Rooms offer a more independent style of living and offer a slightly different living experience:

  • 7 meals per week
  • Air-conditioning
  • Free UWA gym membership
  • Access to Academic, Community and Leadership Programs
  • UniHall Social and Cultural events
  • Monthly room clean
  • Internet access point in room
  • Utilities (electricity, gas and water)
  • 24 Hour security
  • WiFi in common areas

One Bedroom Apartment

One Bedroom Apartments are generally offered to post graduate students studying at UWA. They offer an independent living style with the following inclusions:

  • Air-conditioning
  • Free University Club Membership
  • Free UWA gym membership
  • Access to Academic, Community and Leadership Programs
  • UniHall Social and Cultural events
  • Monthly room clean
  • Internet access point in room
  • Utilities (electricity, gas and water)

  • No meals included (residents can upgrade their meal plan)

To welcome new students to the Hall and to continue to grow our dynamic and vibrant community, the Hall hosts a range of social, sporting, cultural and academic activities during orientation week and throughout the year with the Residents’ Club.
