Late fees

Late rental payments will be subject to normal penalties under the Residential Tenancies Act. This will be in the form of a breach notice, and if unresolved may result in the termination of the Residential Agreement. In addition, University Hall has been instructed by the University Auditors to advise the Registrar’s Department of outstanding fees prior to Pre-examination study breaks. Unpaid fees could affect graduation, re-enrolment and admittance back into University Hall for the following year.

Financial hardship

Any resident who encounters financial hardship during the year is advised to discuss it confidentially with the Deputy Principal.
