This week seven human-sized, brightly coloured pots arrived at University Hall (UniHall)!
As UniHall is a vibrant and fun UWA residential college, these pots add to our already charismatic atmosphere.
They will be located throughout the Hall to brighten up the outdoor areas around J House, L House and the upper quad barbeques. Some of the plants which will be featured include olive trees, native violets, gorgeous pink cyclamen flowers, succulents and a range of fresh herbs.
Nissa Masini, Administration Assistant University Hall, has worked closely on the project to provide a unique experience for UWA students living at the Hall.
“I am super excited at the arrival of these pots to add some colour and life to the Hall,” she says.
Two of the coloured pots will feature an interactive herb garden for students to use for their own meals. Some UniHallers enjoy preparing their own budget friendly meals for dinner – especially students living in our new studio rooms and one bedroom apartments.
