ResClub has two sporting representatives who organise University Hall’s sporting activities for the academic year. Female residents compete in the intercollege sports competition for the WICSA Cup and male residents compete for the Nicholson Cup. Traditionally University Hall is responsible for organising the swimming and hockey intercollege competitions, but there are also many other sports that residents can participate in such as basketball, athletics, soccer and volleyball.
All University Hall residents receive membership to UWA Sports, which is located behind Hacket Hall directly across the road at The UWA Crawley campus. UWA Sports organises and hosts many programs and clubs so that residents are sure to find something of interest. Facilities include weight training, aerobics, pump classes, martial arts, racquet games, outdoor education activities and a wide selection of indoor and outdoor sporting teams, along with a gymnasium.
